On Nov. 18, club member
Lisa Marty reviewed her trip to the Philippines. She was a member
of the District outbound GSE team in 1997.
On Nov. 11, "Rubin"
the Blue Bin nearly recycled Lisa. It was all part of a presentation
by Paul Drotos of the City of Red Wing, who talked about recycling
efforts here.
Red Wing (and Minnesota)
recycles at a much higher rate than much of the nation. However,
he explained that there is much room for improvement everywhere.
